Traditional Taiji student

I just wanted to let you know since starting class this Summer I have learned to relax more and use Taiji to relieve the stresses of the day. I understand that Taiji is not only an art but a way of life. My knees are somewhat bad from an old football injury and I have found Taiji exercises beneficial in increasing my flexibility. My balance is better, and I would like to say that I “flow” now when I walk. This is great thanks!
