Traditional Taiji Student
The biggest thing that I get out of the class is the inner calm and relaxation from the qigong work. No matter what has happened throughout the day or the week, the time I spend in meditation is always peaceful and I use it to unwind from stress before I go to bed. Although the health benefits are great and the application component to the martial art is fun, the ability to live stress free is what I will value most over the years.
