It is my honor and distinction to be one of twenty three members of discipleship to Master Zhang Xue Xin. Master Zhang Xue Xin is Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang leading representative in the U.S. I was promoted to a disciple on Saturday October 20, 2012 in San Francisco, Ca. I will continue to practice the art of Hunyuan Chen Style Taijiquan.
I would like to thank God for what he has done for me.
I would like to thank Sifu Justin Meehan for all of his support and guidance in helping me get to this position of discipleship. He started me on this journey as a student who came to class, many doors began to open. Sifu Justin may have seen this for me and I thank him for all of it.
To Sifu Cis Hager, I completed the Hunyuan 48 form with her and I remember our travel to one of my first major tournaments in Baltimore 1995.
Sifu Justin assigned me a big brother name Ron Norwood, he is still today my big brother. You never know why people are in your life and I will never ask why, but I am so very grateful they are there.
